Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role - Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well within a team - Excellent communication skills
